Big Ideas plays a key role in delivering the Post-16 Gear Up initiative, organised by Tyne and Wear Education Business Link Organisation (TWEBLO), which aims to educate young people about the world of work.  The Big Ideas team delivers workshops to encourage potential entrepreneurs and innovators to push the bounds of their imagination and develop their own business ideas.

Big Ideas for Innovators

Building upon an impressive track record of fostering enterprise and innovation, Big Ideas continues to be at the forefront of several key regional projects, including the Spirit of Innovation Awards.  A project established to reward innovative ideas which may achieve, or have already achieved, commercial success in the business world, whilst offering encouragement to innovators of the future.

Big ideas for businesses

In order to increase innovation and enterprise in the local business community, Big Ideas supports both public and private sector companies.  One such example is the Stimulating Innovation programme, which consists of three innovative workshops specifically designed to nurture, develop and inspire creativity in the workplace.
