Lisa Smith, is the Big Ideas manager, a creative and idea generation facility based at the North East Business & Innovation Centre (BIC).

A former lecturer, Lisa has extensive experience of working with children and young people throughout the North East region and her varying roles which include lecturing at the City of Sunderland College have enabled her to develop a wide portfolio of skills, which include skills in teaching, coaching, diagnosis, mentoring and consultancy.

She is also experienced in the support role often needed to help people to complete training or learning projects.
